Nexans is seeking a Senior Engineer to join the Land Engineering team within Power Transmission in France. The role covers land installation engineering activities, coordinating interfaces between engineering, project teams, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

The position emphasizes delivering technical deliverables on time, managing budget aspects, and ensuring safety and quality standards across complex land installation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education.
• Typically 5-10 years of relevant engineering or project execution experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and execute land installation engineering activities.
• Manage technical scope and deliverables across EPCI projects.
• Coordinate planning, procurement support, subcontractor follow-up, logistics, and documentation control.
• Support resource planning, travel planning, and site execution activities.
• Manage technical interfaces across internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support budget follow-up, cost control, and procurement evaluations.
• Promote HSE standards and participate in site safety activities.
• Support tender activities with technical input and lessons learned.
• Contribute to process development and knowledge sharing within the department.
