Nexans, based in France, seeks a Senior Engineer for the Land Engineering team within Power Transmission. You will lead land installation engineering activities, collaborating with project managers, lead engineers, and subcontractors to ensure technical deliverables meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Typically 5–10 years of relevant engineering or project execution experience
• Fluent in French and English, written and verbal
• Strong engineering and project execution mindset
• Experience with land installation project environments preferred

Responsabilités

• Planning, coordinating, and executing engineering activities related to land installation projects
• Developing technical documentation and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and standards
• Coordinating planning, procurement support, subcontractor follow-up, logistics, and documentation control
• Supporting resource planning, travel planning, and site execution activities for installation teams
• Managing technical interfaces across internal engineering teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Supporting budget follow-up, cost control, and procurement evaluations
• Ensuring safe execution of work activities with strong HSE standards
• Tender activities input with technical reviews and lessons learned
• Driving continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and training within the department
• Promoting Quality and HSE across projects
