NES Fircroft in Paris is seeking an experienced Electrical Associate to lead electrical design for data centres and mission-critical projects. You will mentor engineers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across France and Europe, delivering technical solutions to demanding environments.

The role emphasizes technical delivery, client relationships and project leadership from concept to commissioning, with fluency in French and English highly desirable.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be an experienced electrical engineer.
• Significant experience in electrical building services engineering.
• Experience delivering large-scale data centre, mission-critical, industrial or complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems and power infrastructure.
• Experience with electrical design, specifications, calculations and documentation.
• Experience managing or mentoring engineers.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Commercially aware and proactive approach; fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical design across large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects.
• Mentor and develop electrical engineers and support the broader team.
• Serve as technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Review and approve electrical designs, specs, calculations and docs.
• Provide technical leadership from concept through commissioning.
• Coordinate electrical design with mechanical, structural, architectural and specialist disciplines.
• Support project delivery to meet programme, budget and quality targets.
• Attend client, design and project meetings; represent electrical engineering.
• Support business development and client relationship growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery, standards and processes.
• Ensure designs comply with French regulations, European standards and project requirements.
