Elanco France is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals across the country. You will partner with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop talent, lead organizational design initiatives, and drive workforce effectiveness in a dynamic, multinational environment.

As part of the cluster leadership, you will work with the Works Council, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support key HR processes through COEs and the Service Center.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in HR Generalist or Specialist roles in a multinational company.
• Fluency in English and French; knowledge of French employment law.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders and COEs to develop business and HR strategies.
• Lead talent management and development initiatives, including Talent Review and calibration meetings.
• Advise on organization design and change management to achieve strategic objectives.
• Manage employee relations and labor processes with the French Works Council; ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee core HR processes and cross-functional collaboration with Service Center.
