Elanco is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for France and Switzerland to partner with leaders, attract and develop talent, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. You will lead talent management, succession planning, and workforce design in a multinational setting.

You will advise on organizational change, manage employee relations including the French Works Council, and oversee core HR processes in collaboration with the Service Center to drive business results.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Min 10 years in HR Generalist or Specialist roles.
• Fluency in English and French; strong knowledge of French employment law.

Responsabilités

• Advise on organization design and change management to meet objectives.
