Mondelez International in France seeks an HR Strategy leader to partner with senior People leaders, define policy, and drive workforce performance. You will coach managers, translate business requirements into people initiatives, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

You will leverage data analytics, lead talent management, workforce planning, and change programs, manage works council relations, and support labor policy implementation across the regional unit. Travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Senior People Lead to define and execute global/local policy and change initiatives
• Collaborate with function leads and middle managers to deliver functional priorities and plans
• Leverage data analytics to drive business solutions and translate insights into actionable plans
• Inform People Services of local/regulatory changes
• Lead talent management practices including workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and talent mobility
• Build capabilities to accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence
• Manage works council relations and guide HR on labor policy compliance
