Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Boulogne-Billancourt to partner with leadership and shape people strategy across Europe. You will guide managers on daily HR operations, employee development, and policy alignment with global objectives.

You will ensure legal compliance in France, support recruitment, drive change initiatives, and manage data quality across HR systems while developing the local team.

Qualifications

• University Degree in relevant area, knowledge and expertise in employment law.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR Manager experience within a global company.
• Good knowledge of labor law in France.
• Ability to work independently in a standalone role and in a virtual team.

Responsibilities

• Keep up to date with local employment law changes to ensure the company maintains compliance.
• Advise managers on any HR topic regarding their team.
• Recruitment: support the recruitment processes in accordance with business needs.
• Driving organisational change management projects at local level.
• Data management & quality: Ensuring data input in HR systems is correct and compliant.
• Employee Development: Support the Directors in Performance Review and Talent Review.
• Manage learning & development needs locally.
• Drive employee relations and legal & social processes.
• Champion HR strategies within France to align with global policies.
