Job summary

Imerys is seeking a Strategic HR counterpart for the PMEMEA & APAC Industry leadership team based in Paris. The role focuses on driving the HR agenda across the BA perimeter, coaching managers, and aligning HR policies with business needs.

You will manage Country HR Managers, lead organizational changes, sponsor talent development, workforce planning, and diversity initiatives, with regular travel to sites in EMEA & APAC as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
• 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP role.
• Fluent in English; other languages in EMEA appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement organizational changes with senior HR partners.
• Provide HR advice and solutions on people decisions.
• Steer hiring strategy and collaborate with Country HR teams.
• Drive talent management and succession planning; improve performance.
• Manage country HR managers and ensure HR policy implementation.
• Oversee workforce planning and budget alignment.
• Promote diversity through hiring and promotions.
