Imerys is seeking a Group Strategy Manager to drive the strategic definition and implementation across the Group and geographies. You will lead strategic projects, collaborate with senior management, and supervise Strategy Analysts under the Group Head of Strategy.

The role encompasses market assessment, financial modeling, M&A due diligence, and development of growth initiatives. You will report to the Group Head of Strategy and interact with corporate functions and business areas on a regular

Qualifications

• Top level Business or Engineering graduate degree required.
• 7-10 years total work experience in corporate strategy or related field.
• Fluent English; French language skills considered a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop the key steps of strategic reflection for the Group and its businesses.
• Lead strategic initiatives including 5-year plans and strategic due diligence in M&A projects.
• Assess markets, define segmentation, estimate market size and analyze growth rates.
• Identify growth opportunities and formalize investment rationales with financial impacts.
