Imerys is seeking a Group Strategy Manager to partner with top management, leading strategic analyses and key initiatives across the Group and business areas. You will guide market definitions, performance assessments, and strategic options development while coordinating with M&A, sales, finance, and operations to shape the company’s future.

Qualifications

• Top level business or engineering degree required.
• 7–10+ total years of experience in corporate strategy, ideally in consulting and in-house strategy; or 10+ years in marketing or product management in a relevant industry.
• Fluent English; French is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop key steps of strategic reflection for the Group and its businesses.
• Lead project workstreams (e.g., 5-year plans, due diligence, decarbonation roadmap, Capital Markets Day prep).
• Define market definitions, assess segmentation, estimate market size and growth, and analyze competitors.
• Perform economic/financial analyses to understand revenue, cost structures, and profit pools.
• Identify growth options and formalize strategic investment rationale and financial impact.
• Summarize analyses and discuss conclusions with Strategy team and top management.
