Air Liquide France Industrie is seeking an HR Data Analyst & Performance Manager to drive organizational design, governance of headcount and PEX, and high-quality HR data delivery across the Cluster SWE. You will collaborate with HR professionals, finance, and cluster leaders to optimize HR services and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Master degree in economics or related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience, ideally in large international organizations.
• Significant experience in a large, international and matrix organizations.

Responsabilités

• Follow, anticipate and analyze headcount and PEX evolution at the Cluster SWE.
• Contribute to governance of headcount and PEX management (hiring control, salary increase assumptions).
• Ensure proper deployment of the Group job Catalogue to monitor and develop organizational structures.
• Develop Organization Effectiveness mindset and support crafting simple, readable and effective organizations.
• Ensure organizational fundamentals (span, layers) are deployed in every org.
• Provide advice on Organizational Design for major transformations.
• Ensure high-quality HR data availability for HR data analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Support reporting programs (gender diversity, AI acceleration program).
• Analyze HR function performance and identify improvement areas.
• Optimize high-volume administrative tasks and payroll/HR processes.
• Harmonize operating model across countries and regions; apply HR Standards.
