Groupe Clarins seeks a People Analytics Manager to lead HR analytics, reporting, and workforce planning across 25+ subsidiaries. You will govern KPIs, standardize HR reporting, and deliver actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. This role sits at the intersection of HR, HRIS, Finance, Data and Technology.

You will shape data governance, enable a data-driven culture, and manage dashboards while partnering with HRIS and Technology teams. Proficiency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Data Analytics, BI or related field.
• 7+ years in HR Analytics, reporting strategy, workforce planning or BI.
• Strong experience with HRIS environments, ideally SuccessFactors.
• Expertise in BI solutions and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of workforce planning and labor cost management processes.
• GenAI awareness and AI-driven analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• English and French proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Define, prioritize and govern Group HR KPIs aligned with business priorities.
• Lead and improve workforce planning and labor cost management with Group Finance.
• Standardize HR reporting across the Group and deliver insights.
• Own design and evolution of HR dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Ensure reporting tools are actionable and user-friendly.
• Act as HR functional lead for People Analytics solutions and roadmap delivery.
• Drive adoption of analytics tools across HR and business.
