Nexans in Puteaux is looking for an HR Data Manager to oversee social reporting and enhance data ecosystem efficiency. The role demands excellent skills in SAP Analytics Cloud and HRIS, alongside 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.

This position will partner with auditors and ensure data quality while driving automation through AI solutions. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in HR Controlling / People Analytics / HRIS role.
• Hands-on experience producing regulated social reports including CSRD/ESRS S1.
• Experience with statutory auditors on social audit topics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end social reporting for the Group.
• Drive the design and improvement of group HR data ecosystem.
• Simplify and automate reporting processes.
