Imerys is seeking a seasoned Market Strategy Leader to define and implement global market directions. The role focuses on profitable growth, customer loyalty, and cross-functional collaboration across product, technical support, finance, and supply chain.

You will analyze markets, identify opportunities, and lead new applications and portfolios to expand market share. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering or science degree with business orientation or MBA.
• 7+ years in industrial marketing or equivalent experience.
• Strong market and technical understanding of applications and processes.
• Proven leadership, budget planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and recommend Market strategy aligned with segment positioning and global alignment.
• Drive profitable growth while maintaining customer loyalty.
• Identify revenue opportunities and manage sub-segments and accounts.
• Interface with internal and external partners to ensure market success.
• Monitor market data, pricing policy and develop a strong client network.
• Support branding, trade shows, and market events.
