Imerys, a world leader in mineral-based specialty solutions, is seeking a Senior Manager BD Operations & Projects to drive day-to-day operational coordination and cross‑functional program delivery within the division.

You will report to the Global Head of BD & New Business Platforms, ensure KPI discipline, align product management and marketing efforts, and lead strategic initiatives across IGC applications while coordinating with Group Corporate Strategy and M&A teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• 12+ years of professional experience in strategy, business development, product management, project management or commercial operations.
• Fluent English and strong intercultural skills.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day product management & marketing coordination across IGC applications.
• Define, implement and monitor KPIs for all applications' performance.
• Coordinate department workflow and cross-functional teams to maintain BD continuity.
• Track strategy implementation and align with Group Corporate Strategy, M&A, and related teams.
• Support incubation and scaling of new business platforms (Cnano, Shanshan).
