Imerys in Paris seeks a Senior Legal Manager & Business Partner for Purchasing EMEA. This role leads a small team and acts as strategic partner to the Purchasing function across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

You will oversee centralized purchasing contracts, provide high-level legal advice on raw materials, services and IT, and ensure compliance with anti-bribery, competition, and import/export laws.

Qualifications

• Senior-level legal professional with experience in corporate purchasing and supplier contracts.
• Experience with cross-border/EMEA procurement and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a legal team supporting centralized purchasing across EMEA.
• Provide senior legal advice on purchasing contracts, ensure compliance with laws including anti-bribery and import/export.
