Imerys in Paris seeks a Demand Planning and S&OP Planning Manager to lead end-to-end demand and supply planning across plants and sales. You will manage forecast analyses, drive monthly S&OP cycles, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance and Production to meet service targets.

The role requires a Master in a related field, 5+ years in S&OP, and strong analytical and project-management skills. Fluent English is expected; travel 5–10% is possible.

Qualifications

• Master degree in a related field and 5+ years of hands-on S&OP and Demand Planning experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional cycles with Sales, Finance, Operations and Plant Leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Establish and execute a monthly S&OP process aligned with the Imerys blueprint.
• Coordinate DRP, supply follow-up and production plans with plant directors.
• Develop forecast accuracy analyses and challenge changes in demand patterns.
• Lead meetings, document conclusions and drive action plans with stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and drive continuous improvement of tools and processes.
