Job summary

Boortmalt is seeking an FP&A Manager for UK and Ireland to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across manufacturing operations. You will drive profitability through robust planning, cost control, and strategic partnering with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and senior stakeholder reporting, with a focus on delivering insights and improving financial visibility across the business.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven FP&A, commercial or operational finance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with ERP and BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process.
• Develop rolling forecasts and long-range financial plans.
• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Provide financial insights into sales, production, labour, and overheads.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance.
• Deliver monthly management reporting and drive reporting automation.
• Support ERP and BI system development initiatives.
• Ensure financial governance and internal controls.
