Job summary

ManoMano, the leading online marketplace for DIY and home improvement in Europe, seeks a Senior Performance FP&A to partner with the CFO and executive team. You will drive profitability through unit economics, marketing ROI, and disciplined cost control across six markets.

You will model strategic initiatives, deliver monthly executive reports, and champion data-driven decisions while pushing automation and AI to improve forecasting accuracy and reduce repetitive work.

Qualifications

• 6 to 7+ years of FP&A experience in e-commerce or marketplace contexts.
• Strong interpersonal impact; ability to challenge senior leaders.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, rigorous in variance analysis.
• Proven track record of identifying and delivering concrete savings or revenue optimizations.
• Deep understanding of digital marketplace mechanics (CAC/LTV, seller economics).
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.
• Professional fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing & Commerce to model initiatives and challenge assumptions.
• Dissect marketing investments to optimize ROI, CAC, and LTV dynamics.
• Monitor revenue drivers, margins, and product mix; advise on margin defense.
• Build financial scenarios for negotiations, promotions, and growth bets.
• Prepare monthly executive performance reports for C-suite and Board.
• Audit cost drivers and enforce data coherence during monthly closes.
• Develop automation and AI-enabled workflows to streamline analyses.
