Job summary

ManoMano, a leading online marketplace for DIY, home improvement and gardening, seeks a Senior FP&A professional to act as financial compass for the CFO and executive team. You will partner with Marketing and Commercial leadership, drive unit-economics insights, and steer performance with precision.

The role emphasizes automation, data integrity, and strategic financial sparring across six European markets.

Qualifications

6 to 7+ years in FP&A within in-house, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
Ability to advise senior leaders, challenge established habits, and say no when data justifies it.
Detail-oriented, data-driven, with strong root-cause analysis for variances.
Proven track record of identifying concrete savings or revenue optimizations.
Deep understanding of digital marketplace mechanics and outcomes.
Advanced modeling in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with Marketing & Commercial leaders to model initiatives and optimize investments.
Scrutinize P&L, unit economics, and cost drivers to improve margins.
Lead monthly executive reporting with variance analyses and narratives.
Collaborate on data coherence with Accounting during monthly closes.
Drive automation and AI-enabled workflows to deepen analytics.
