Job summary

ManoMano is seeking a Senior Performance FP&A to act as financial compass and sparring partner for the CFO and executive team. You will work closely with Marketing and Commercial leadership to scrutinize performance, optimize unit economics, and translate data into actionable profitability levers across our six European markets.

In this high-visibility role, you will lead monthly P&L reporting, drive efficiency, model strategic initiatives, and explore automation and AI to improve analytics.

Qualifications

• 6 to 7+ years FP&A experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
• Assertive business partnering with senior leaders.
• Surgical analytical rigor with root-cause analysis of variances.
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing savings or revenue optimisations.
• Deep understanding of digital marketplace mechanics and CAC/LTV dynamics.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner on a day-to-day basis with VP Marketing and VP Commercial, challenging assumptions and modelling new initiatives.
• Dissect marketing investments to optimize ROI, evaluate CAC and LTV dynamics.
• Monitor revenue drivers, seller performance, and product mix to protect and grow gross margin across Europe.
• Build robust financial scenarios for commercial negotiations, promotions, and strategic bets.
• Produce consolidated monthly P&L, variance analyses, and data storytelling for executives.
• Collaborate with Accounting during monthly closes to ensure data integrity and cost allocation accuracy.
