Strategic FP&A Manager — Insights & Forecasting

Valiantys is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to partner with senior leadership across our international footprint. You will transform financial and operational data into actionable insights, lead budgeting and rolling forecasts, and own critical FP&A processes to support decision making and performance reporting.

The role requires strong modelling skills, IFRS/GAAP knowledge, and the ability to connect financial performance to operational drivers.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of FP&A, financial controlling, transaction services, consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow, with good knowledge of IFRS and/or local GAAP.
• Proficiency with BI and reporting tools, ERP systems, and AI-assisted analytics tools.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI design.

Responsabilités

• Act as a strategic business partner to leadership teams across Valiantys.
• Transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that support decision-making and business performance.
• Own key FP&A processes across our international footprint.
• Lead budgeting and rolling forecasts, workforce planning, variable compensation, services profitability (EMEA & NOAM), and group performance reporting.
• Design and maintain financial models, build KPI dashboards, prepare monthly business review (MBR) packs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Technology, and People teams across Valiantys.
• Report to the Head of Performance FP&A and work closely with cross-functional leaders.
