Amgen SA in Paris is seeking a Financial Planning & Business Analysis Senior Manager to lead a team of four finance professionals, including ACCP analysts, and own affiliate forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning. You will translate financial insights into strategic business actions and partner with Commercial, Medical, Access, HR and Supply Chain leaders to drive performance.

The role requires strong leadership, international finance experience in pharma, and expertise in budgeting,

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics or Business Administration.
• Experience of more than 8-10 years in a similar position in an international environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• 2–3 years in a management position within an international finance department would be an asset.
• 2–3 years in accounting, and 5–6 years in budgeting and planning.
• Excellent user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of laws related to business admin, taxes (VAT), accounting and consolidation.
• Basic knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience with Diagnostics, Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP, CODEX, AI preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic planning, investment evaluation and scenario modelling.
• Forecast revenue, expenses and operating profit; identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Value & Access to assess pricing strategies and market access implications.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual actuals and forecasts.
• Coordinate budgeting, latest estimates and variance analyses.
• Drive finance transformation, process optimization and automation initiatives.
