Job summary

Good Brands AG seeks a Finance Manager in Paris to run finance end-to-end and partner with every team. You will lead a senior FP&A analyst and an FP&A intern, manage external accountants, own numbers, controls, banking and tax relationships, and automate processes to enable data-driven decisions.

You will shape the role, drive monthly closes, budget cycles, and long-term planning while building a robust KPI framework and dashboards used by the company across multiple entities, including US and

Qualifications

Month-end and year-end closing, VAT and statutory obligations.
Budgeting, forecasting, margin and cash analysis.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors.
Data tools proficiency: Excel/Sheets, SQL, BI tools, and AI fluency.
Team coaching and leadership experience.
Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

Oversee monthly close and annual close for multiple entities.
Manage cash forecasting, banking relationships and intra-group flows.
Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasts and long-term planning.
Analyze profitability by brand, channel, product and customer; explain variances.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to drive pricing and investments.
Map finance processes and drive automation including AI where beneficial.
Coach and develop the senior FP&A analyst and intern.
