ANINE BING is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team in Paris. You will own the company-wide P&L, from net sales to EBITDA, across channels and regions, partnering with leaders and shaping FP&A processes as the brand scales globally.

This role requires 5–7 years in FP&A, strong margin expertise, and a track record of end-to-end planning, close and reporting. Paris HQ with four days in office and one remote day, reporting to Head of Finance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of FP&A, with company-wide scope.
• Retail or fashion experience with multi-channel model.
• Full P&L ownership experience.
• Strong margin knowledge and ability to explain drivers.
• Rigorous, process-oriented with reliable delivery against deadlines.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling; ERP and BI tools.
• Master's degree in Finance, Business or Engineering.
• Fluent English; professional proficiency in French preferred.
• Strong communication to challenge senior stakeholders confidently.

Responsabilités

• Own company-wide P&L view from net sales through EBITDA across channels and regions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Manage margin analysis at multiple levels and advise on pricing/markdown.
• Oversee monthly close and global management reporting package.
• Partner with Retail, E‑Commerce, Wholesale, Merchandising and Supply Chain leaders.
• Design FP&A processes, templates and data standards; drive automation.
• Prepare materials for executive and board reviews; mentor junior team.
