Jobgether is sourcing a (Senior) FP&A Manager based in France to act as a strategic finance partner across an international organization. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, transforming financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

You will collaborate with commercial, operational, and group finance teams to strengthen reporting, improve planning processes, and align local and group objectives in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 7 years of FP&A, controlling, corporate finance, or related finance experience in international or matrixed environments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, variance analysis, and performance management.
• Understands relationships between balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow.
• Advanced Excel; experience with ERP/FP&A tools (Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, Hyperion, OneStream).
• Commercial mindset with stakeholder influence and ability to challenge assumptions.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience preparing board materials and group reporting is a plus.
• Exposure to finance transformation and BI/dashboard projects is advantageous.
• MBA/CFA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent asset.
• Experience in high-growth, multinational, or publicly listed environments beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Translate performance into actionable insights through variance analysis and recommendations.
• Partner with commercial, operational, functional, local and group finance teams.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting packages.
• Ensure alignment between local German reporting and group expectations in a US-listed company.
• Drive FP&A process improvements, data quality, and reporting automation.
• Collaborate with external auditors, system partners, and corporate reporting teams.
