Ouster seeks a Head of FP&A, EMEA to be the senior financial partner and strategic adviser to European leadership, based in Paris. You will own planning, budgeting, forecasting across Sales, Operations and R&D for France, the UK and the Netherlands, while partnering with the StereoLabs and Lidar teams in Europe.

You will work with Shared Services in Thailand and corporate FP&A in San Francisco to align regional plans with global forecasts, and support board reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years FP&A leadership experience.
• Public company experience with SOX controls and quarterly forecasting.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/NetSuite) and FP&A tooling.
• Experience supporting Sales, Operations, and R&D in a hardware/tech environment.
• Fluent English and French, with ability to operate across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end FP&A for EMEA Sales, Operations and R&D.
• Partner with France, UK and Netherlands leaders on budgeting and forecasts.
• Develop rolling forecasts, headcount plans, and capex/opex budgets.
• Deliver variance analysis, KPI insights, and executive-ready recommendations.
• Collaborate with Shared Services and SF HQ on consolidation and reporting.
