Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks an experienced FP&A Manager for EMEA in Saint-Priest, France. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the region, partnering with regional and corporate leadership to translate strategy into numbers.

This role emphasizes AI and analytics using Power BI and OneStream, with a focus on accuracy, governance, and actionable insights for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• 5-7+ years FP&A or business controlling in a multinational healthcare setting.
• Experience running forecasting and budgeting end-to-end in a matrix org.
• Hands-on Power BI and Excel; experience with OneStream or SAP.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into concise executive messages.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term plans for the EMEA region.
• Develop accurate plans with regional and corporate leadership involvement.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and KPI analysis.
• Drive AI, automation and Power BI dashboards with governance and accuracy.
• Support FP&A senior manager and coordinate cross-functional projects.
