Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an FP&A Manager for the EMEA region to drive planning, forecasting and financial analytics across the area. You will partner with regional and corporate leaders to build accurate forecasts and actionable insights.

Responsibilities include leading budgeting, analyzing performance, maintaining Margin methodologies, and delivering governance-enabled Power BI dashboards. The role requires 5–7+ years in multinational FP&A and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
• 5–7+ years FP&A or business-controlling in a multinational environment.
• AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) in finance with automation.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; Power BI; OneStream, SAP or similar systems.
• Strong communication to translate analysis into executive messages.
• Ownership, rigor, detail-orientation; able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts for the EMEA region.
• Partner with regional and corporate leadership to develop accurate financial plans.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and timely loading of forecasts in OneStream.
• Provide in-depth analysis of revenue, profitability, and expense trends.
• Apply Price-Volume-Mix and Standard Margin methodologies aligned with standards.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards with governance.
• Train and support team in self-service analytics.
• Lead finance projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Support FP&A Senior Manager with insights and process improvements.
