Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a President for Northeast Hospital Corporation to ensure safe, high-quality care and strong fiscal health. The President will lead executive leadership, set operational priorities, and align with system-wide goals to strengthen integration within the BILH system.

You will build partnerships, drive performance improvements, manage budgets, and advance patient care excellence across the affiliated hospitals, contributing to the system’s mission of education, research

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health care administration, business administration or closely related field.
• Ten (10) years of hospital operations experience, preferably within a larger health system.
• Demonstrated leadership in a matrixed organizational structure and improving performance.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for effective staff selection, development and performance management.
• Leads inclusive culture and high performance across teams.
• Develops trust-based relationships with staff, physicians and leaders.
• Drives performance improvement and change management initiatives across the system.
• Collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders on strategic priorities and budgets.
• Oversees facilities planning and major capital projects to support growth.
