Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an FP&A Manager for EMEA to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the region. You will partner with regional and corporate leadership, advance AI-driven analytics, and drive data-driven decisions using Power BI and OneStream.

The role requires 5-7+ years in multinational FP&A or business controlling, strong Excel modeling skills, and experience with Power BI; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
• 5-7+ years FP&A or business controlling experience in a multinational environment, healthcare preferred.
• Autonomy: proven forecasting and budgeting end-to-end in a matrix organization.
• AI & automation: demonstrated use of AI tools in finance with automation examples.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; hands-on Power BI, OneStream, SAP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist FP&A Senior Manager in annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-term planning for the EMEA region.
• Partner with regional and corporate leadership to develop accurate plans.
• Ensure completeness and timely loading of forecasts in OneStream.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis of revenue, profitability, and expenses.
• Maintain Price-Volume-Mix and Standard Margin methodology aligned with standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for regional and corporate stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and liaise with EMEA accounting on OpEx and budget delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor to leadership for strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards; train team in self-service analytics.
• Lead or contribute to finance projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Be primary support for Senior FP&A Manager and respond to corporate requests.
