Alma is seeking a strategic finance leader to own P&L scope end-to-end, from business planning to recurring analysis and Board deliverables. You will drive pricing for merchants and support critical deals, while partnering with commercial, product and operations to inform decisions with a data-backed point of view.

You will push AI into finance workflows, prototyping AI-assisted processes to automate reporting and pricing analysis.

Qualifications

• Around 6 to 7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, transaction services, or a comparable analytical role.
• Strong financial modelling and pricing skills with the ability to build a top-line business plan from raw data.
• Strong appetite for AI and ability to learn it fast; track record of AI-assisted workflows is a plus.
• Work happens in English; French sufficient for day-to-day interactions with colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Own a piece of Alma's P&L end-to-end from business plan to recurring analysis and Board deliverables.
• Drive pricing for new and existing merchants and support high-stakes deals and RFPs.
• Partner with commercial, product and operations teams; produce top-line and P&L notes, country reviews and Board slides.
• Prototype and industrialise AI-assisted workflows to automate recurring notes, COGS and business-plan builds.
