Alma in Paris is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Operations to create strategic insights across Revenue teams. You will turn questions into actionable data tools, build robust data models and dashboards, and support growth through data excellence.

The role blends data, business strategy and collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Product, with a modern tech stack including Looker and Python. You will report to a Revenue leader, work with the Central Data Team, and enjoy a hybrid setup

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets, raw CRM data and Salesforce data.
• Experience building business-facing data models, dashboards, forecasts or performance analyses.
• Ability to define relevant KPIs and communicate complex analysis clearly.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in data or business analysis, ideally in tech/fintech.

Responsabilités

• Build and evolve data models by combining CRM, revenue and operational data sources.
• Design tools and models to help Revenue teams answer tactical questions and decision-making.
• Build dashboards, KPIs and revenue forecasts to monitor business health and progress.
• Promote data-driven ways of working across Marketing, Partnerships, Sales and Account Management.
