Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in medical device sales or clinical support in hospital settings.
• Experience in peripheral vascular or related interventional domains.
• Proven ability to build value propositions for clinical and administrative buyers.
• Experience with reimbursement considerations and hospital budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional account plans to drive revenue growth and therapy adoption.
• Build clinical, operational and economic value propositions for decision-makers.
• Lead therapy adoption across hospital accounts by coordinating stakeholders.
• Design patient pathways and inter-hospital referral networks.
• Support clinical procedures and proctored cases to promote safe use.
• Maintain documentation and territory reporting in company systems.
