Job summary

Stryker in France is seeking a strategic leader to own the Access portfolio for EMEA, including catheters and guidewires. You will define strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and drive launches with cross-functional teams, delivering growth in a competitive market.

You will collaborate with physicians and marketing to build plans, shape branding, and push adoption while driving revenue, margins, and market share across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of work experience required.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA Access portfolio strategy and growth.
• Understand clinician needs to shape strategy and products.
• Build and manage annual marketing plans and 3–5 year roadmaps.
• Own product lifecycle from launch to phase-out.
• Lead branding, messaging and pricing using market insights.
• Drive launches and ensure adoption targets are met in market.
• Collaborate with divisional teams and partners across regions.
