Job summary

Join Stryker’s Peripheral Vascular team in the South West France region to expand access to therapies across hospitals. This field-based role combines clinical expertise, strategic account management and commercial execution to drive therapy adoption in complex hospital environments.

You will develop regional account plans, present tailored business cases to executives, and lead adoption by coordinating stakeholders and overcoming barriers while expanding patient pathways.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in medical device sales or clinical support within complex hospital environments.
• Experience in peripheral vascular, vascular surgery or interventional settings.
• Demonstrated strategic account management with multidisciplinary hospital stakeholders.
• Experience supporting clinical procedures with healthcare professionals in high-acuity environments.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Build value propositions and present tailored business cases to decision-makers.
• Lead therapy adoption across strategic hospital accounts.
• Design and expand patient pathways and referral networks.
• Support complex procedures including proctored cases.
• Guide customers through reimbursement frameworks and sustainability considerations.
• Deliver clinical training and presentations while supporting onboarding.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and territory reporting.
