Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Electrophysiology to lead regional growth in the Paris area. The role involves managing key accounts, delivering strategic sales initiatives, and working with cross-functional teams across clinical and hospital stakeholders.

You will travel to client sites, participate in operating room support when needed, and build strong relationships to expand market share within a dynamic European healthcare market.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Biomedical Sciences or similar field.
• Preferably a Master’s qualification in medical technology.
• 5+ years in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, ideally Rhythm Management.
• Strong knowledge of local healthcare markets and customer landscape.
• Experience in preparing tenders and engaging with hospital decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales efforts to grow electrophysiology portfolio in Paris region.
• Manage key accounts and execute regional and local sales strategies.
• Collaborate with FCS, SAM, KAM, and RSM to maximize stakeholder engagement.
• Travel to hospitals and physician offices to identify needs and demonstrate products.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing, develop account plans, and drive market share.
