Job summary

Navan is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant, Expense to scale the Navan Expense product line within enterprise accounts. You will work with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations to delight clients and exceed goals, acting as a post-sales expert to drive adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• 4+ years accounting/finance background with ERP integrations and/or month-end close.
• 3+ years as Solutions Consultant/Implementation Manager in fintech with large strategic customers.
• Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Navan Expense value proposition and solution.
• Apply accounting/finance expertise to implement the Expense solution for clients and drive adoption.
• Support Account Managers as subject matter expert on policy efficiencies, compliance, and ERP integrations.
• Train Account Management on Navan Expense capabilities to increase usage and revenue.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, operations, and implementation teams to guide product development.
