Magellan in Marseille is seeking a Senior Manager in Digital Transformation with responsibilities spanning Digital, Data, IS Governance, HR, Green and Finance. You will lead recruitment, guide a team of consultants, and drive pre-sales and business development initiatives.

The role requires strategic input at executive level and active participation in shaping the practice. You will sustain client relationships and contribute to the firm’s growth through governance-level engagement.

Qualifications

• Take ownership of consultant recruitment and staffing.
• Lead and drive the activity of consultants and senior consultants within your team.
• Be accountable for commercial proposals and develop business (pre-sales and presentations).
• Play an active role in the strategic decision-making of your practice (market intelligence, recruitment choices).
• Participate in the internal life of the firm (events, forums, article writing).
• Advocate on topics at the Board and Executive Committee level of the firm.
• Sustain client relationships through your commitment and professionalism.
