Magellan is seeking an experienced Senior Manager in Transport and Mobility to lead consulting engagements across strategy, organisational design and digital transformation for transport operators and organising authorities in France.

You will shape target operating models, roadmaps and change management strategies, supervise RFI/RFP processes, benchmarks and post‑merger integration, collaborating with our Energy, Utilities and Industry practice.

Responsabilités

• Support scoping and development of strategic projects
• Advise on and support scoping and delivery of high-stakes transformation projects
• Manage and reengineer processes
• Define the target operating model and trajectory
• Define the vision, roadmap and master plans (IT and business)
• Support M&A operations and Post-Merger Integration
• Conduct benchmarks
• Manage RFI/RFP processes: process adaptation and reorganisation
• Define the change management strategy
• Work on enterprise architecture
