Magellan seeks an experienced Transport and Mobility Manager to drive management consulting engagements, focusing on organisation and digital transformation within the Transport and Mobility practice. You will collaborate with other practices to scope, design and implement high-impact projects essential to clients’ strategic goals.

Responsibilities include defining operating models and roadmaps, leading change management, supporting M&A integrations, and guiding enterprise architecture efforts

Responsabilités

• Support the scoping and development of strategic projects
• Advise on and support the scoping and implementation of high-stakes transformation projects
• Manage and reengineer processes
• Define the target operating model and trajectory
• Define the vision, roadmap and master plans (IS and business)
• Support M&A operations and Post-Merger Integration
• Conduct benchmarks
• Manage RFI/RFP: process adaptation and reorganisation
• Define the change management strategy
• Work on enterprise architecture
