Magellan seeks a Senior Manager in Transport and Mobility to lead management consulting, organisation, and digital transformation engagements. You will help develop the Transport and Mobility practice in collaboration with energy and industry teams, shaping strategic projects.

You will design operating models, roadmaps, and master plans, support M&A integration and benchmarks, and supervise RFI/RFP processes while defining change management strategies.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager with consulting experience delivering transformation engagements.
• Ability to scope and design strategic projects in complex environments.
• Proven track record of guiding change across organisations.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the development of the Transport and Mobility practice in collaboration with other practices.
• Support scoping and design of strategic projects and high-stakes transformations.
• Manage and reengineer processes and define target operating models and roadmaps.
• Define vision, master plans, and IS & business alignment.
• Support M&A operations and post-merger integration.
• Conduct benchmarks and manage RFI/RFP processes.
