Magellan is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in Paris to drive key accounts and digital transformation initiatives. The role encompasses prospecting, end-to-end sales cycle management, and collaboration with internal consultants and managers to align offerings with client needs.

The candidate will lead major client meetings, manage partner networks, support recruitment, and ensure robust reporting and performance across the portfolio.

Aufgaben

• Lead pre-sales end to end: requirements gathering and formalisation, proposal development, negotiation, contractualisation, assignment monitoring, invoicing, activity reporting
• Prepare and lead client presentations in collaboration with the internal ecosystem (consultants, managers, experts)
• Work in synergy with practices and offering directors to ensure strategic alignment
• Manage the network of partners and independent consultants
• Support and train less experienced business development engineers or colleagues on assignment/between assignments
• Participate in recruitment (qualification, interviews, onboarding)
• Achieve a strong level of performance in lead conversion
• Drive fluid and reliable commercial reporting (portfolio tracking, pipeline, KPIs)
• Contribute to the structuring and professionalisation of the firm's commercial practices
