Zadient is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager to drive the company’s IT roadmap and deliver strategic projects that boost operational efficiency, cybersecurity, and data-driven decision making. You will bridge business and IT, manage scope and risks, and coordinate vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in information systems or engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of IT Project Management and Business Analysis experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and ERP projects.
• Fluent English and French.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate IT roadmap initiatives across business and IT.
• Lead cross-functional IT projects from initiation to deployment.
• Manage scope, planning, budget, risks and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, GDPR and cybersecurity policies.
• Maintain IT project portfolio visibility through KPIs and executive reporting.
• Drive user adoption through communication, training and UAT.
