Demartino Law seeks a Mission Director to lead the Digital Master Plan mission, coordinating the project team and liaising with client management to ensure a realistic roadmap and high-quality deliverables.

You will oversee current-state assessment, risk analysis, and strategic decisions, facilitate workshops with senior management and IT, and consolidate contributions into a prioritized, multi-year roadmap for information systems modernization and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

Significant experience in consulting, auditing, project management, or IT project management.
Knowledge of public, semi-public, social housing, local authority, or territorial structures is preferred.
Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team and ensure the timely delivery of deliverables.
Consultative approach, active listening, methodological rigor, and strong client relationship skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills suitable for interactions with senior management and the Executive Committee.

Responsabilités

Lead the mission, organize monitoring meetings, and ensure adherence to the schedule.
Coordinate the project team and consolidate the contributions of the various stakeholders.
Conduct discussions with senior management, business units, and the IT department.
Oversee the assessment of the current situation, the risk analysis, and the formalization of recommendations.
Prepare strategic decisions and contribute to the prioritization of the roadmap.
Facilitate workshops with business units, senior management, and IT teams.
Prepare clear summaries and decision-making tools.
