Magellan in Lyon, France seeks a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant to partner with CIOs and business teams in defining, managing and delivering transformation programmes at the intersection of business, technology and organisational change.

You will analyse needs, shape IT strategy and roadmaps, and lead or contribute to ERP/TMS/WMS/MES projects, while designing IT and Data governance frameworks and supporting change management across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformation programmes for CIOs and executive teams.
• Ability to define IT strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Experience with ERP/TMS/WMS/MES projects or modernising industrial IT environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities.
• Drafting business cases, budgets and timelines.

Transformation programmes at the intersection of business, technology and organisational challenges (notably in energy and industry) require advanced sector expertise. This role is aimed at a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant wishing to work with CIOs, Digital and Business teams.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant (M/F), you support our clients in defining, managing and delivering transformation programmes at the intersection of business, technology and organisational challenges, primarily in the energy and industry sectors. Analyse business needs and support the definition of transformation trajectories aligned with strategic objectives Manage or contribute to projects related to information systems (ERP, TMS, WMS, MES) or the modernisation of industrial digital environments Design and implement IT and Data governance frameworks, in liaison with CIO, Digital and Business teams Participate in strategic scoping engagements: Data/AI roadmap, IT strategy, master plan, IT organisation transformation Draft key deliverables: requirements documents, business cases, budgets, timelines, management reporting Support the change management associated with transformation programmes, in coordination with business and technical stakeholders
