ITC in Île-de-France seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive digital transformation with CRM, marketing automation, and omnichannel solutions. You will coordinate clients, ITC teams, and partners to define strategies and ensure impactful deployments.

This client-facing role also supports commercial activities and thought leadership. The role blends consulting, project coordination, and ecosystem management across APAC and luxury sectors, with a focus on delivering ROI and scalable digital

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in marketing, digital strategy, or growth project management with international exposure.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and campaign execution.
• Strong experience with social media operations, content creation, and community management.
• Experience with photography and video editing (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
• Familiarity with CRM, analytics, AI marketing platforms, ABM, GTM.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management.
• Airport/transport sector experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to digital transformation strategies covering CRM, marketing automation, platforms, and WeChat ecosystems.
• Analyze client needs and journeys to develop strategic, actionable recommendations.
• Lead or contribute to consulting engagements from pitch to delivery.
• Support commercial activities, tenders, and presales.
• Publish monthly thought leadership articles with Marketing collaboration.
• Drive lead generation through LinkedIn outreach and network development.
