AD Education seeks a Data Transformation Lead to drive strategic data projects across the Group, coordinating business departments, technical teams and external partners in an international, multi-brand setting. You will partner with the IT Department to ensure robust, secure data infrastructure while controlling costs.

You will define the data roadmap, establish governance, and monitor progress with regular updates to governance bodies and the Executive Committee.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years managing Data, digital or transformation projects.
• Proven experience leading strategic projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in an international, multi-entity or matrix environment.
• Experience in structuring Data governance or a Data function would be a significant asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead a portfolio of Data projects from scoping to production, including data visualization.
• Ensure commitments relating to quality, costs, deadlines and value creation are met.
• Work towards the convergence of data reporting tools and data definitions.
• Improve data quality and reliability.
• Provide regular reporting to the Executive Committee and governance bodies.
• Coordinate business departments, support functions, technical teams and external partners across countries.
• Define and deploy methods, processes and best practices for managing Data projects.
• Contribute to structuring Data governance and increasing maturity of entities.
• Manage a team including a Data Engineer and possibly a Junior Data Analyst/Revenue Operations.
