ITC France is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for luxury and FMCG clients. You will blend strategic consulting with hands-on project coordination and manage digital ecosystems across CRM, e-commerce, and marketing automation.

You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to shape strategies, drive delivery, and support business development through thought leadership and presales activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, or growth project management.
• Proven ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution.
• Strong experience with social media operations, content creation, and community management.
• Photography and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
• Experience with CRM, analytics, AI marketing platforms, ABM and GTM.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Define digital transformation strategies, including CRM, infrastructure integration, marketing automation, digital platforms, and WeChat ecosystems.
• Analyze client needs and journeys to develop strategic and actionable recommendations.
• Lead or contribute to consulting engagements from pitch to completion, including competitive analysis and proposal preparation.
• Support commercial activities, including responses to tenders, lead generation initiatives, and presales.
• Publish one monthly article on the Company website or LinkedIn, in collaboration with Marketing.
• Actively support lead generation through LinkedIn outreach and network development aligned with commercial objectives.
• Manage multiple client digital transformation initiatives with planning and coordination.
• Collaborate as an interface between client teams, ITC teams, and external partners.
