Qualifikationen

• Master's degree required in relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years in cross-functional project or program management.
• Experience with customization, engineered-to-order, or quote-to-delivery in B2B tech.
• Strong KPI governance, performance analysis and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior-management communication.

• Develop strategic project plans with objectives, timelines, resources.
• Analyze performance indicators, lead-time deviations, bottlenecks.
